I think I would be complaining on that one. How big was this nozzle? I shipped a 20lb 12" sub for $35...

I'm sure if you call TURFCO, they will take care of you.

Question regarding the trim nozzle: Have you tried the "yellow" trim nozzle?
Our T3000's came with the "red" nozzle, but we switched to the yellow nozzle. It puts out a little less volume, but the spray pattern is not as "course" as the red nozzle. It's actually the same spray as the "full Spray" nozzle. So we like the yellow one better. Might be something to check out. We bought the yellow nozzles from http://www.sprayers.com

I feel your pain It's not only Turfco

Every one that uses UPS or fedex has high shipping cost

I always ask about the post office they have those 5 dollar boxs that a lot of parts could fit in. But i get the same old responce we don't use them

    Best of luck

i did call turfco and there was only a sales girl in I'm waiting for a call back in the am. No problem paying for the part but people that ship an item for more than its worth kills me. i guess I'm just venting one of those days.

YES! I ordered the little plastic coupler that goes on the control road for the foot pedal. I broke mine as its PLASTIC. Cost me about $20 to ship. They could have put it in a small envelope with a postage stamp and sent it by US mail. I need the parkign brake disc for mine as mine broke in half, cost more to ship that part too than the actual part. Nope forget it, don't need the parkign brake. You have to remember that its shipping and handling charge, not just a ups fee.

of all of the shipping companies UPS is one of the highest.. i use fedex next day by 10am and it is pretty cheap...i think the reason most dont use the post office is bc of the lack of service.. they dont have someone to come to you and pickup.. so you have to send someone to the post office and mail packs out...

may just be my smaller area but I can call the post office and they will bring me the boxes I need for free in a day or two and then I can send em out with regular mail.
