What weight oil do you use in your mowing equipment? I don't want this to be a dino vs. synthetic thread, just weight.

The dixie chopper gets 15w-40 since that is also the same oil that is used in the hydrolics. But the bob-cat and 21" get SAE30.

All my air-cooled get 5W-30 in winter, 10W-30 in summer.

    I only use synthetic, also.

I use the Amsoil Formula 4 stroke 10w30/Sae 30 wt for small engines.

    And wix/Napa gold oil filters.
