If it were residential I'd do it for $55 but since it's commercial I have to triple the price so $165 it is.
And if I tell the customer that I don't get the job but my sense of humor remains intact.

If you gotta ask, then you should pass. Why should I or anyone else do the leg work for you? We are not there to walk the property. A picture does absolutely nothing. All I see is a flat picture. Now if I was in the area, I'd bid it out but I'd be doing it for myself to get the job.

Call one of the "big boys" in town and ask them what they would bid it at and see what they say. Make sure to tell them you're a competitor. LOL

Wow, that's a nice attitude. There's more to business than barking orders at people to do your work for you! You think we don't have our own jobs to bid? Do we know what it costs you to operate? How would a Google Maps overhead on a forum be enough info for a professional bid on this property?

Anyway, even if someone were to give you THEIR price, you shouldn't listen to them.

Well with your john deere power flo you should in an out in 30 minutes. So you can pull the wool over their eyes with a lean $700 per cut. That's what you should bid this job at. I'm a straight shooter and know how to tell other people how to do their job!! Figure it out yourself kid, that's how you learn!! Mommy and Daddy don't live around here.

$100 or so. Doesn't look like it would take more than 1 1/2 hours from start to finish.

    I'm at $255/visit but I don't think you're ready for this property.

You need to know what your cost is per hr, then how mutch you need to make. Just a quick look if it were me 225.00 to 250.00 looks like alot of trimming and you have to haule off the grass to the dump. That all takes labor.

I was thinking something close to this. Even with his set up it won't take 2 hrs but this is a lawn with a lot of crap. Bid 120 and you will have lots of time to make it look really good. If you don't have a good place for clippings charge 140 for the extra hassle. Remember guys this is just a touch over an acre.
