What would you buy with $75,000?

    id buy a house that is worth 300000 with 75000 and i would then wait till it was worth 300000 again to sell it. which should be in the next 10 - 20 years lol

    This is what I actually did .I paid off mortgage,truck loan, bought 52inch stander new trailer; put the rest in stocks. I would do the same again except for the stocks.Lost too much money on that last year.Thanks Wall Street, at least the stander truck and trailer are making me money, house will too.

    Full wraps on the rangers $4k
    Customize Rangers $4k
    3 36" Standers (1 each truck + backup) $19K
    handhelds $4k
    2 Commerical 21" $2500
    Total lump sum $40.5k

    Plus 250,000 flyers passed out from Feb 15th through August 1st $27,500

    2000 350 or a 3500 dump truck (they been runing around $7000 to $10000)
    Ferris 2000 52 in deck used ($3000)
    I have 3 walkbehinds 61" 48" and 33" time to sit LOL

    First off I, would not waste a dime in the stock market at this time.I would use trhe money to fix , what needs to be fixed. The take a percentage of it towards new equipment.

    Then I would go out and look for bigger projects to bid on . My part-time help just got on full time and we,if not out mowing would be cold call selling and hard closing as many people we could find.I would be giving out some deals to my top customers only.

    As we would be adding bigger projects to the mix, i would then allow the work to rise to a high enough point beofre adding any one else. But I would make sure that I had 2 more people lined up all ready to go.

    As far as the equipment I would move a way from John Deere and head more towards, The next generation EXMARK MOWERS.These mowers are sweet.

    i would take that to the bank and use it as my 20% down payment on a loan. 75k wont by to much.
