What would you charge for this wall?

    I have a client who wants to replace an old timber retaining wall with keystone block. The wall is straight and measures 3ft. tall and 25 ft. long. I would have to remove old wall and replace with compact Keystone wall block. The block is $6.50 per face foot. I can back up truck right to work area, so materials are easy in and out. Give me an idea as to what I should be charging for this wall as I have been told not to bid by the face ft. Thanks

    Sometimes a lot of us spend our evenings figuring these to make a living, we dont always care to play with the calculater for relaxation. But for what its worth i would get around 2,500.00. And all based on location.

    $3,750.00 with good access and staging.
