I have this property that I mow it takes me 8 hours to mow with 2 mowers going pretty much non stop. It takes about $120.00 in gas to mow it, im just wondering what you would charge to do this property just to see if im close and to see what this dollar a minute thing is all about.

    Thanks

What size mowers? What kind of terrain? It takes about 40 gallons of gas?

No it really takes that much gas to mow it. The terrien is very flat but bumpy I use a 44in and a 48in ztr. Gas is over 3.00 bucks here.

Well I bid it at 450.00 not knowing how long it would take me being my first big commercial.

SO 450.00 - 120.00 for gas - 64.00 for helper = 266.00 that leaves me with 33.25 hour I guess that aint to bad.
