    One of the great things about this country is your freedom. Help your brother understand just how great it can be. Fire his butt, let him go work somewhere else. See how long it takes him to ask for his old job back.

    We have a policy on conduct and appearance That applies to all {Even the owner}. If my guys can't follow that It's See ya....

    I had to dump my brother after he had a "couple" of beers at lunch and driving the company truck.
    Brother or not he could have cost me everything!!!:mad:

    Sounds like too much hassle, and with a foul mouth on a jobsite he will give you a bad name quickly.

    One day when he begins to slack up....just tell him to get in the truck, take him home and dont work him for a few weeks...then ask him if hed like to work again .....If he screwws up again Fire Him flat out...but this way you let him know that you are serious but you dont have the family on your back as bad
