A person called me today and said he has a strata with 4 houses. I went by today, he wasn't there and I checked it out. This Is what I saw.

The driveway is approxiamatly 100ft long by 2 feet, there are about 8-10 small garden beds, about 10 X 10 on average and mowing consists of 3 strips each of about 50 X 20, 50 X 20 and 30 X 20.

My question is to you guys, should I charge a specific rate for the entire place or charge separately to get my total. ex A = A for specific rate orA+B+C+D = total for charging separatly?

4 houses that are side by side by side, and there touching each other, owned by one person, ie. the guy that called me, and rented to 4 separate people

Thank you for the explanation. I seem to learn something new each day. However, it isn't hard when you have as little knowledge as I do!!! :D

I would set it up for one price as well. If I were that guy that would be what I would be looking for.

Price as one property, less chance of the guy trying to beat you up on the price by saying 4 for the price of 3 since they are so close.
