What would you use to cut this....?

    I've got about 400 feet of creek bank...varies between 4-15' of slope....slope average is less than 45 degrees...mostly overgrown weeds with some heavy brush...possibly a rock or three....tractor with a bush hog is out because the slope varies (as I mentioned above)...way too thick for a weedeater in a lot of places too.....any suggestions?.....oh yeah...poison ivy is there too, just to make it interesting.

    Brush cutter with steel blade works well on 12' elephant grass and poison ivy:D

    A carefully applied mixture of Glyphosate and scythe. Carefully applied because of the water behind it.

    Spray is first. Wait about four days then try weedeating.
