You are right it is slow. Anyone working on new installs or doing maintenance? Take the camera with and snap some pictures to show. Also are you stocking up yet on favorite transformers, fixtures and wire? How much do you try and keep on hand? Sorry I have cabin fever here...blizzard like conditions for 2-3 days.

I have been very remiss lately. I just have been so busy. Usually we slow down a little during the fall and winter, but not this year. We actually picked up steam. I generally don't stock very much inventory as my distributors are very good at getting my materials out to me. It saves me loads of space and I can't do next day installs anyway. I do buy my wire in increments of at least 12,000' and I do that several times a year.

I have had the best Feb. ever. I had a referral for a large house in a 6 home cul de sac. I ended up doing 3 houses out of the 6 and doing maintenance and adding fixtures on a poorly installed system on the 4th.

It was cold a lot of days here during the month but only rained a couple of days so we really knocked it out.

HPL, One word "Awesome" Even tho it only took you ten minutes to list it shows how well prepared you are and what I need to strive for. I appreciate it!
