Whats my next step to a beautiful lawn

    ok I have addresses the lime and I put down starter fertilizer 3-4 weeks ago when I seeded

    It seems IM to fertilize again in mid november?

    You need to start thinking of fertilizer in term's of pound's of nitrogen applied per 1000 sq. ft. You put down what? 1/2 - 3/4 of a lb. of N per 1000. Shoot for adding 1 lb. of nitrogen per 1000 sq. ft. by mid-November. You can split those application's in two. If you don't have irrigation that's a good idea, fertilizer need's to be watered in. You don't need or want to fertilize again until next April.

    sorry gave wrong numbers above it was 14-20-4 professional fertilizer by Lesco
    thats what the guys recommended

    things going as scheduled today I applied a high nitrogen fertilizer as directed

    when will I address the yellow spots

    is that bermuda or dead fescue or what?

    The key to growing fescue in the South is cut it high and bag it after the last frost, never cut it when its wet. Keep the leaves off it.

    Then every labor day you get to overseed it.

    I would imagine you are seeing patch's of dormant bermuda. Can you post a picture ?
