Whats the % of customers that return

    .....year after year(residential) for your business?
    We raise them 2.oo dollars and they run to the door!

    I agree with Rodfather on this one.

    If they are walking for $2, they would probablly do the same for a company that is charging 5, 10, 15 less than you to do the cut.

    Perhaps you are charging to little to begin with and your customer base are the ones only looking for the cheapest, not necessarily the best...I'm not impyling you don't provide good service.

    We raised everyone last year and I didn't hear one complaint. I am getting back everyone this year,so far but we'll see.
