Whats the proper, or professioanl way of getting those larger commercial lots? Im looking at trying to pick up a couple commercial lots, ones an assisted living center, ones a condo, and ones an industrial park complex. Im just wondering how you go about getting customers like that.

I was thinking, type up a letter offering our services, enclose a brochure and a business card and mail it to management. Do you think sticking a flyer on their door is tacky?

Walk in and ask to speak to the groundkeeper, maintenance guy, whomever is in charge of 'lawn care'. A face to face would be much better. And yes, for commercials, in my opinion, a doorhanger is VERY tacky.
