    This will be moved shortly. It all depends on your market. Here average is $175 per acre for large lots. Most res. are in the $25 to $40 range.

    I charge .0045 / sq ft / chemical.

    For example, if I do a broadleaf control with a fertilizer, it's .009 / sq ft.

    Minimum charge of $50.

    why 2 different prices?
    .009 = $392.04
    .0045 = $196.02
    for a 1 acre property

    The different prices.

    Say someone wants just a broadleaf application done, they do their own fertliizing.

    OR say someone just wants fertilizer done.

    And I'm sorry... should have been an extra "0" in those.

    So, the different prices, or say you add in some insecticide or fungicide, it'd be another .00045 for the additional chemical.

    Select a dollar amount per 1000 square feet and select a minumum amount. For example $30 for anything 5k or less and $6 for each additional 1k. These numbers obviously could be skewed on large accounts. (10 acres or something) Hope this helps.
