I am just starting out. I have found a bucket truck in LA for fifteen grand. Deisel Motor is strong and it drives well but Ive been a bit skeptical because the boom needs hydraulic fluid replacement and the owner does not know where to refill the damn thing. Any suggestions? The boom moves yet the owner says it should move faster once hydraulic fluid is refilled.

Core equipment list is in my signature. it doesn't include a lot of the odds and ends, but it does cover the major pieces of equipment anyways. I have other stuff that isn't in the signature like hand tools, a chipper shredder, about 3 poulan pro chain saws (still need to upgrade one of them to a stihl Pro saw when the time is right).
