I thought it would be intersting to find out what other people do to create an income and enjoy themselves . I used to be a drywall contractor but got out because its too dusty and didnt want to deal with a three way partnership. Its my first year doing lawn care as a business for myself and i will find out this year if its going to be worth it. How bout you.
If I have free time I work in a fabrication shop. Used to be supervisor in one of the shops I part-time for now and worked in the other one on and off for years. The abiliity to build or repair my own equipment is pretty damn handy more than once

I baby sit house builders during the day and play at lawn care at night and weekends. Getting real tired of all the hours though.

I do income taxes for a financial planning and income tax specialist firm in the winter. I may get out of lawn care soon and do this full time.

I am a firefighter full time, but I only work nine to eleven days a month. I have plenty of time off to have my lawn care buisness.
Joe

I'm a firefighter/paramedic on my days off from lawn care. Like smith I work 9 or 10 shift days a month but they are 24 hour days. The bad part is calls all night and having to mow the next morning but I've survived for 5 years.
Hey smith where in indiana r u from, I used to work in Il. and grew up on th Il. IN. boarder by Whiting.
