What's your process?

    1) Create/print 2 copies of the notification/invoice for each customer
    2) At each job fill in the correct information and leave 1 at the door
    3) Bring the duplicate back to the office
    4) Finalize the invoice changes in the computer & file the field copy.

    Is this how it's done? Is there a more efficient or cost effective way?
     
  2. I am certain that this question has been asked before, try using the search function also.

    I print one invoice, that has perforated sides. After I do the work, I fill out the one sheet, tear off the customers portion and hang it on their door with any other info I give them. Then I use my portion to update my records and then file the hard copy with all the rest I did that day.
