I currently have about 28 houses, that takes me 1.5 days to do it. These are all residential units. This year I plan to go into commercial, but I will have to see how that goes. I wanted to know, when will be the best time for me to hire workers? When did you do it? And how much profit is normal from workers?

    Thanks

when you cant handel the work load alone any more. Then I would look for a part time guy till you both cant handel the load then go full time. Workers get a salery but also expect them to be a little rougher on the equipment than you are

I'd say after you have 4 full and long days of work. Then I'd get a part timer, and then fill those 4 days back up again. Well that is my plan anyways, I'm still solo though. I'm not too busy yet to need help. I also would pay your help by the hr. Pick a good fair wage for your area and run with it!

    Good Luck!

*I said 4 days, that way there is a day incase of rain, or you could even work through the weekend if you have too.*

I would suggest you work on your own till you can't handle the work load anymore. Your going to add a ton of overhead and additional costs by adding a part time employee.
