I live in southern California and have a bermuda grass lawn. My current reel mower (front-throw type) is 14 years old and on its last legs. I haven't seen reel mowers in any stores or advertisements.

Do they no longer make these? Are they not needed anymore? What kind of mower can cut bermuda grass as short as it needs to be to look good? I am also interested in the quiestest possible mower. My lawn is not large (5000-6000 sq ft).

I welcome any and all replies. Thank you!

here you go .....read all the revenues from a variety of on line & off line manufactures from the classic (walk behind under $ 200.00) or Pro (powered) .....we use a small Toro on a customers putting green n' it is a very good machine ....you can go to your local Toro dealer n' order it there ....starts about $650
