Look in the back of the trade magazines. You might find someone there.

Check out the pallet manufacturers, and big tree companys in your area.We get red dyed mulch from a tree company for 18 a yd here,or the pallet makers wil sell you virgin mulch, great for play areas-no nails,or junk in it,for 19 a yd,24 for red virgin. These are your best bets for mulch. If you are doing trees and beds, just use recycled ,its cheaper,There is an Agway that sells it here too-but they just get it from tree guys,so they mark it up more, they want 30 a Yd.

You can try out either of these suppliers...
    NATURES CHOICE...1-800-637-4140
    OR
    ENVIRONMENTAL RENEWAL..1-800-985-1181

Natures choice is always my first call...they tend to have better quaility and supply..they can/will truck any amount anywhere..they also produce the nicest organic(no sludge or clay)topsoil I've ever seen...Hope this helps

For your market you might try calling Melody and/or Dennis Peterson from Peterson Trucking in Randolph, NY. They run semi's to the Buffalo area daily. We buy from them in Erie and they have the best price per yard we can find - even better than the locals. Product is nice too.

    Peterson Trucking
    10211 Old Rt. 17.
    Randolph, NY 14772
    716-354-5385 (phone)
    mdpeterson@madbbs.com

They don't get to their emails daily like we all do here, but if you call them you'll get a good response. They like to deliver during the night as it's cheaper (timewise) for them to haul. We are extremely pleased with their service and pricing.

Feel free to mention my name when you call saying that I referred you.
