Put the MEG MO blades on your mower and you have what you need.

Ya blowing crap in beds, tree wells or the street on narrow strips is sure to win over customers to leaving clippings.

So now all the grass passes to the right chamber and leaves a trail. For mulching a single blade and a kit or deck like walkers works best. To much airflow has a negative for mulching.

Toro should have a kit for everything they sell. Exmarks bi-level blade works great, what Toro are you working with? mod your deck like the new walker 42" mulch deck at the rear of the chamber. I built my kit on my Bobcat 36" cutting out the rear blade circles from a Exmark and welding threaded rod stock to make it removable., and it bolts in like any kit. I built it in sections so loosening two bolts allows bagging.
