What is the charge per sq ft for commercial properties? Where do I put bids in and how many should I do? How much insurance are u suppose to carry? Do I have to have workers comp, if it's only me at first?

How would anyone on this board know what the charge is without knowing your costs, overhead, and budgeted profit?

Why not try out residential at first and get some experience before going after the big work?
