Which is the better 12 V relay?

    I don't know what they cost but a 12volt ice cube relay can be had for cheap off sites like digikey.

    And unless these are next to eachother (which I would just use a dual outlet timer) then upb and abt systems are what we use.... My soil sucks so the less wire to bury the better

    Greg,

    I use the Kichler Synchronizer
    #15511BK

    It is significantly smaller than the sequencer and plugs in as well. I believe the Vista model is hard wired. I have had no problems so far with the Kichler version.

    The Vista appears to hardwire in where a photocell would go. Seems like it would fit fine. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with it.

    The end of the nearest run will be about 30 ft away.

    I prefer the plug in models, so I can quickly bypass the relay to turn on the tf for diagnostic reasons.
