Discussion in 'Starting a Lawn Care Business' started by jaygyno, Oct 6, 2006.
Which lawncare services generates the most income?
What are the going rates for these services?
Not counting landscape I would have to say lawncare.
PM, with wisdom such as this you might be ready to challenge topsites for the title.
In this corner.....................
Not sure I understand?? He asked and I answered
I believe that business follows money and I see a lot more franchised lawncare businesses than I do maintenance, (other than US Lawns)
Easy solo operation. One truck and a much smaller equipment outlay. Most do not even have a trailer, Less competion.
A well run design and install landscape business can do very well that is why I said "not counting landscape"
So again Indy I am not sure why you say what you do??
Ok now what I'm trying to say is..What service do you provide for customers that makes the most money..Such as mowing, mulching, seeding ect. What are some going rates for those services..
Mowing for me
I thought you were flaming him, my bad. I think he meant mowing, seeding, fert, bush trimming, edging, mulching beds, etc......, which is the highest profit service.
...and he (PMLAWN) answered it... And I agree.....lawncare.
this is what i am going to next year. complete maintenance no mows only.
Our 2007 services will include only lawn mowing w/ fert, landscape maint w/ fert & weed prevention, minor sprinkler maintenance and landscape lighting service.
