Does anybody have any documentation on root damage from a mature white cedar hedge. The neighbor's poorly maintained hedge may have caused the garage foundation to crack and crumble. Is that possible?

White cedar is generally shallow rooted and has a moderate rating for root damage potential. Any pictures?

IMO, those roots (painted orange) aren't big enough to damage a foundation.

Here is a picture that shows the height of the trees. The trees run the entire length of the lot. We talking about many roots, and not just the root system of a single tree.
