Who makes a walk behind that cuts taller than 4.25"?

I'm shopping for a new mower. I have an old John Deere JX75 that's about shot. It's been a good mower. I drilled holes in the rear deck to raise the back wheels up a bit and put taller wheels on the front. This got me cutting about 4.25".
So, I want to buy a new mower, ideally I want to be able to mow at 4.5-5" tall. You probably think I'm crazy for mowing this tall, but I have really thick healthy fescue and the taller I mow it the better it gets. Seems to mulch itself better, catch more morning dew, choke out weeds better, etc.

Anyway, does anyone know of a 21" or 22" walk behind mower that I can buy brand new that mows this tall? I don't want to have to cobble up a brand new mower to get it mowing as high as I want. Toro is the highest I've seen at 4.25".

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

Thank you sir. That's a step in the right direction. I'd never heard of exmark.

Oh, I was going to say that my Ferris 36" walk behind will go to 4.5", but you don't mean walk behinds, you mean "push mowers".
    Right?

Yeah I guess I do mean push mower (self propelled). 4.5 will do. I'm not a hard core pro like most of you gents. I haven't shopped for a mower in a while guess that's why I never ran across exmark. Thanks for the input.

What's your lawn accts like, can you go straight to a 30" or do you have to go smaller. I have roughly 70 lawns and and the 30 will do all of them but two due to small stairs where I have to use a 21".

I'm just a home owner. I am thinking about going 30" though after reading some of these other threads. I'm a bit scared the 30" doesn't have enough power for mulching really thick grass after what some dudes are saying. Can't decide on Exmark vs Toro either. I like that exmark goes 4.5 vs 4.25......but what's a quarter inch really? I don't mind spending the extra money on the exmark if it's clearly better. I used to mow 8 yards with the old Deere JX 75. Should I get fired from my current job I could be clipping grass again. I'm probably gonna get the 21" for now. Trying to decide on toro personal pace vs exmark. If toro, trying to decide on Honda vs Briggs. I know the exmark is much more expensive, but I don't mind paying more if it's worth it. I love mowing grass and my lawn is my pride and joy.
