Who to contact for commercial property???

    I want to start taking on some smaller commercial accounts like neighborhood entrances and local businesses but don't have the slightest clue who to contact. Even for my neighborhood I couldn't even guess who I should contact. And once you make contact with them do you just ask to be on the bidder list or how does that work?

    1st place I'd check is my county GIS system. It'll list the entity that owns the property (typically, a neigborhood entrance is owned by a development firm). Same would hold true for other commercial properties. You should be able to do the detective work (phone number), based on your findings (on GIS).

    The property owners will be able to let you know if a management co. is being utilized to handle maintenance, there.

    That's where I'd look.
