I started this thread a couple days ago, but it's already 5 pages back. I really want to hear from a bunch of you. How many of you use administrative help? When does the 'breaking point' occur? For those of you who did it or are doing it, has it paid for itself? I'm talking about someone GOOD, an 'office manager/admistrator' that's paid well, works 15-25 hours/week, & frees you up from all that stuff you hate that keeps you out of production, quality control, & sales. We've hit a point this year where I'm seriously considering biting the bullet, paying someone $15-$16/hour for 20 hours/week. I'm not going back to being a solo opp. or 2 man show (nothing personal to those who are). Would sure like to hear from Jim Lewis or some of the 'veterans' of this site... Thanks, Lawnsite has been an incredible resource to me over the past year, wish I'd known about it 4 years ago.
