If those are liquidation prices, I'm afraid he has a little ways to go. Most of the prices you listed are right in line with typical wholesale....if not a little more.

How tall are the Oaks and are the Med. Palms multi trunks (yes/no and how many trunks)?

I showed him your post, and he is certainly willing to reduce prices. The minimum purchase is 50, but if more are purchased, he's willing to provide even deeper discounts. Here is what he has. These prices do not include delivery. I have revised the prices and added additional information to answer your questions. Thanks!

Live Oak Trees in 18" RootMaker grow bags
2" diameter: $65 (his approximate quantity is 460)
2.5" diameter: $75 (his approximate quantity is 300, and the largest trees are 12' to 16' tall)

Texas Mountain Laurels in 18" RootMaker grow bags
    3-4' height: $50
    4-5' height: $65

Mediterranean Fan Palms in grow bags. These are considered singles, but a majority of them do have much smaller trunks starting which will eventually be considered doubles and triples. He did not plant several together in the beginning which would be considered multi trunks.

    3-4' height: $50 (quantity 270)
    4-5' height: $70 (quantity 90)

    4-5' height: $110
