That, or a bent spindle. It is possible that it is so out of sync that it reaches a frequency that throws it that much out. Just think of a washing machine that when it goes on the spin cycle, it it starts tipping or scooting. At slower speeds, it may be just fine...smooth as can be; but at higher speeds, it goes out of wack. Think of a cieling fan...it's the same thing.

Needs more tension on the belts...

I had a viper...hit a very short post hidden in the grass, mower stopped and I went tumbling over the front. After that, the deck shook like crazy, breaking belts almost daily. I warped the frame and ruined the unit. Sold it not too long ago to a guy to use for clean up jobs. It didn't do anything to the deck but you could tell where it bent the frame. That machine wasn't very reliable to start with...always broken...engine, broken belts, uneven cut, you name it. I have three lesco machines...one 36", and one 48" wb. Didn't realize how poor the quality was till I got an exmark.

I have a VIPER, we only use it for Fall C/U cuz it has a PECO vac, as a high volume mower it is a piece of crap. Although it is a good back up and will get you finished for the week if need be.

I wish you were near me. I'd have you drop it off one weekend and go over it for you.
You are certainly out of whack. Probably more than one thing, maybe even more than two.

Anyways, go out and push your deck sideways while suspended.
    Have side to side shift?
    >>>> Replace bushings in front deck A-arms
    >>>> Possibly those pillow block bushings

Check the load bearing tension on all four lift links.
Have some that aren't supporting much weight?
    >>>> Adjust

Check belt routing, look in the pulley grooves, check for spindle bearing play.

    Which belt are you loosing?
    PTO to deck?
    >>>> There is a fix kit
    OR Spindle belt?
