Winter clean-ups?

    Still have 2 left, haven't been hitting it too hard with the holidays, etc.

    I'll finish today & tomorrow and be able to service stuff and put away for a couple of months.

    :blob2: if one more person calls to ask if we forgot them im gonna scream. i asked one customer if he was away and he replied "no why", b/c i said its been raining and snowing sice dec. 5th. his reply was "oh i did'nt think rain or snow stopped you guys". now you know what im dealing w/. tony

    Kinda like when it rains for a week straight and a customer calls the night of their scheduled mowing day to ask where you are. I feel your pain:cry: :cry:

    I always like it when a customer will call and ask you if you are alright, because they are worried something might be wrong with you. Yeah, like they are really concerned about your health!

    It's just that one lady who is not concerned about anything but her.

    actually had one call today. trying to get her done since early december. snow and rain made it tough. now though, there is no more curbside pickup, she asked that i haul them away, cant wait to see the look on her face when i tell her hauling will cost her about as much as the cleanup will, if not more
