What's everyone doing this Winter? Telemarketing, direct mailers, radio, tv, billboards

Do you guys wait for the Spring rush?

Since I mostly target residential customers, I generally wait until early spring to start advertising. It seems like most folks don't think about their yard until the grass starts growing...

I am also interested in how you market people that you may have given an estimate to in the past.

We call them in the winter and see how things had gone on their lawn in the past year.

I investigated radio last spring and I think I might commit to a small campaign to test the waters.

    Advertising is not marketing.
