I was wondering how other people set up priorities on servicing lawn equiptment in the winter off time ? Do you go to broken machinery first or do you start overhaulin , painting machinery ? etc. I find that sometimes starting from the smallest pieces of equiptment and working up to large mowing equiptment works well, sometimes due to budgets things get overlooked on the prioritie list. What have been your experiences ?:weightlifter:

as of something broken i fit it asap! but before i store my equiptment i blow everything off, scrape under the deck, drain all the fuel and add stablizer. i remove the batteries and store them, plus i put a float charger on them. then in the spring i change the oil ,filter, hydro oil and filter, put a new air filter and fuel filter on and put new blades on. and im ready to go. with my hand helds i do the same. i have a older scag z that needs a engine(17hp kawi) and i plan on putting a new one on over the winter.
