I am seriously considering purchasing the armada pr0700 wire locator. I can get it for $575 but before i spend this much money does anyone have any comments, suggestions, etc. About this locator and the price?

    Thanks for your help!

Response on this may be minimal. These two posts are the only two I have read about it. good luck.

  7. My understanding is it is pretty similar to 521. I wouldn't trade in a working 521 thinking it is a major upgrade. Has some features I like though. Longer wand, uses different batteries(D cell I think). i think this is a price point issue.

A used in good shape 521 at 350.00 or a new Armada at 575.00. I guess I'd go with the Armada since I'm tired of bending over with the old style 521.

    Good morn'

    I have the older/original protech 600.

    I likes it. I never used a 521, so can't compare.

I have found valves with it, thou.
