Hey guys I am a small outfit in western new york going into my 3rd year fulltime (11th year in the industry). Would like to meet some fellow business owners for future projects. I have great connections to getting large jobs. Large mulch jobs especially come my way. Its hard to take them on myself but I do and generally scramble for help. Until I'm large enough to handle them myself this is my scenerio. I dont like passing on large jobs as the money is usually great so I'd like to meet some fellow owners and hopefully do business in the future.

Also, I was recently approached to bid a large commercial account. Its 12 buildings with lots of grass and beds. Its too big for just my company but with the help of another company its doable. I dont want to let this one go without atleast bidding it and seeing what happens. But Id want someone on board with me who could help if I do get it. It would require a full day on both our parts. We could check it out together and see what we come up with for price. I already have a figure in mind. And go from there. I have all the necessary insurance to bid this job and would be subbing out a portion to you, and we could tag team when necessary. Its a good opporitunity to make money for everyone. Lots of extras such as mulch and plantings come with this account as well. If I cant find a company to go in on this with I am going to approach a large company locally to see if I can work out a deal with them but trying this out first. Post up if interested. Location is Transit rd in amherst. I would like an honest business owner to not go behind my back on this once I show you the account. I believe in starting a good business relationship here and trust is the most important step in that process. Thanks

Hey guys just to clarify and ramble some more while its on my mind. If your unable to or just plain old not interested in working together on this commercial account im bidding (nothing set in stone obv. but i want to go into it knowing I CAN fullfill the contract if i get it) then still dont hesitate to drop me a line because througout the yr I get large jobs that I could always use help on. I no longer want to have to pass on jobs due to being a few men and trailers short. And with my mowing schedule I cant drag out mulch jobs and things of that sort as long as I used to be able to. So again feel free to contact me still if your only interested in joining forces on landscape jobs . Incase one guys company is busy that week id like to have a few I can call on. Thanks

For those interested PM me your phone numbers so I can have them on hand and will be in touch. Let me know if your interested in a potential commercial job tag-team or just lending a hand on big jobs when I get them. The more contacts I have the merrier.
