Well this weekend on the beach I met a guy that has a pool business in a beach town here in NC. This guy has over a 100 contracts residential and Commercial pools. I was think about talking to him about passing my name out to his customer base when he mails out his invoices or something like that. So my question is any of you guys work with pool companies, if so what kind of finder fees are you giving them if any? Thanks

I cant directly answer your question but I will say partnering with Pool Guys, Paver Guys, and home theatre Guys is a great way to network and land work on good projects!!

I would add landscape architects and stone/brick masons to that list. For the record, pool/spa maintenance guys have a pretty good gig. pretty simple job, but it pays well per call, treated as a professional, and low vehicle space requirements.
