Thought this was funny, it was taken on June 17th I believe, a guy must have just bought a new plow or something.

Before pics of a landscape renovation.
The existing landscape bed along the back of the house was extended several feet, the existing plants/weeds were removed except the large spreading Juniper, approx. 100 linear ft of new edging installed, 4 yards of new mulch installed, 10 Patriot Hostas & 3 Chinese Silver Ornamental grasses installed, turf areas were also dethatched.

Getting a chance to put my 8.1 to work! About 10,000 lbs or so behind it with the dump trailer & about 50 psi in my airbags.

Loaded with the mulch for the job

The black object is the client's tow behind dethatch rake (junk) for his lawn tractor, I found it in a jungle of overgrown lillies near the a/c unit.

Pic quality is garbage of course because they were taken with my phone and my camera isn't much better unfortunately.

Ignore the mulch volcanoes, the client did those himself with some mulch he ended up getting himself the day I did the dethatch.

man, I miss my 8.1!!! It was a regular cab, and I needed a 4 door, so I got the 6.0....big disappointment!

I was so worried about how bad the mileage was going to be when I originally bought it, I really wanted a 6.0. The mileage is bad but 6.0s are just a bit better with a lot less power so it works for me. It definitely has a lot of power! It didn't break a sweat pulling the toy hauler which weighs about 6000 lbs with what it had in it, the tranny climbed to maybe 210-215 degrees in the hills & switch backs of mn hwy 60 on the way home from Millville but then dropped to normal operating temp as we got back onto hwy 52 and all the way home. It was about 90 degrees & humid that day (this past Saturday) and we had the a/c on the whole time.
