area is around 53000 sqft office complex. pretty flat, easy mowing ztr and walkbehinds. alot of trimming. not to many trees. about 600 ft of mulch beds edging, 860 ft of sidewalk edging, the whole perimeter of the lawn is curbing, so more edging and trimming there. i was thinking 225 to mow, blow, trim. what to you think?

At least 325 with all that edging! I figuire that a little higher but it definatly makes the job crisp!
