Would you give a 5% price reduction to renew a contract?

    I'm sticking to Clinton county these days. I used to run to Dayton, Springfield & northern Cincinnati with a helper. I'm making more profit staying closer to home and working fewer hours.
    There's not many 20+ acre lawns here. I need to hang on to what I have. I've mowed most of them at one time or another. The ones I have left are the cream of the crop. When they have big 2 story marble & glass atriums for a main entrance they ain't going to give you a lot of grief trying to pinch pennies on lawn care. They want it nice!

    It was 78* here in Ft. Myers today. It's our 8th season here. I have no cold weather tolerance anymore. But it never gets too hot for me in Ohio.
