Would you mow this property for $65? It's 1.38 acres with a fairly steep ditch along both streets. There are about 15 pines, a play area, and about 5 other trees/beds to mow and trim around...along with the trimming around the house/drive. Also, the grass is thick and lush...and grows fast--which means no buzzing through it at max speed. Would you do it for that price?

If not, what price would you do it for?

Kinda depends how much work you got, I guess...

Not to scare you but you'll work for that money.
65 is real tight and iffy so I might see if I can get 70.
Probably right at 2 hours BUSTING tail for that 65...
Now that ain't nothing new to me, and let me warn you there's a lot worse out there.
So I probably would take it, especially if it's nice turf, decent folks.
    Good luck

We have schools that size for prices that much but they wouldn't like the 'industrial cut' quality

thats what i was thinking, minimum of 100.00 per visit, depends on if you have to hand trim the ditches, if so, add more for your time. :dancing:

Just wondering how you are making any money working at $32.50 per hour.

I try to make at least $50 per hour. And another thing to remember is that with gas prices going through the roof.....you will have a lot less profit margin. If your short on business, it is totally up to you....but if your not depending on it bid it so that your making a comfortable amount of money.
