I am in need of a smaller unit to do the residential properties. I thought that my 48" was small enough but the gates are the problem.

    the 48" WB: I believe is a '99
48" Bobcat Belt drive Fixed Deck
    2 sets of gator blades
    15hp Kohler
trac vac 470(not running, carb missing parts) not in good shape.
the vac unit needs mounting parts.

    thanks in advance Buzz.

Ya the grass needs to start growing so I can go mowing! I mostly work in the North End. Clintonville and Old Beechwold. thanks for the bumps.

edit: The BOBCAT mower runs great, I used it lightly. it is just the trac vac that needs work.

48" Mower has a jungle jim sulky.

Good to finally see some others on here from Columbus. The Quick 36" is a good option.

bump. The 48" can be sold if I can get a hold of a 36" or smaller WB.

I have a 36 inch Gravely belt drive pistol grip. Mower has low hours and was used for residential properties for the last 2 seasons. I live in Mason,Ohio right by Kings Island, let me know if your interested and I will give you the details.
