    Guys,

    Another WTB from me.

Looking for a used skid. Light to med use, 150-200 gal would be ideal. Elec. hose rewind good, with 200-300 ft of hose. Won't look at a beat piece of junk.

    OR

Looking for used Ride-On. Want it in good working condition, do not want one where immediate repairs need to be made.

I would look at spending up to $3K. Unit/s need to be in MN or surrounding states, I will not drive cross country just for a sprayer.

    Thx

Hello, I am in the Chicago area and might have a reliable Permagreen Ultra for sale. It has 147.1 hrs on it and requires no necessary repairs. This unit is my primary machine for applications and only I use it. The only thing that I am aware of that might need repair is the electric start on the motor. Permagreen no longer offers an electric start on their spreaders. Not having an electric start has never been an issue for me, and the machine always starts on the second or third pull.

Here is a link for the machine I posted last year. The only thing that has changed about the description and narrative is its age and the hours on the machine. Make me an honest offer if you are interested. The price in the ad will be adjusted. E-mail me for pictures enfuego129@comcast.net

Fert - how does your Ultra handle wind? What is the safe MPH limit you would operate under? Reason I ask is that there is rarely a calm day here in sunny, breezy So. MN - so I would look at a machine that could go out in, say, 10 MPH wind but NOT one that couldn't handle any breeze.

Thanks for the info, I will consider it.......

DA, I am in the "Windy City" of Chicago.

The machine can absolutely handle the wind. Unfortunately, the wind will affect all fertilizer after it has left the impeller regardless of the size or abilities of the machine. Regarding the speed of the machine it is calibrated to run at a pre-determined speed of roughly 4.5 mph in high hear or roughly 3 mph in low. These speeds are from memory and might not be accurate.

    E-mail me @ enfuego129@comcast.net and I will send pictures.

    e-mail sent.
Also, probably remove your e-mail from your post. Otherwise the mods will do it.

Thanks for the pics. What you are looking to get out of the machine? I need a baseline figure to mull over.

Also, besides the electric start, is there anything else that needs immediate repair?
I would not want to look into a machine that I have to fiddle with upon purch - needs to be field ready.

    Thx
