    I will give myself one. Both of my part time "workers" blew any chance of one by not showing up on my last garden job. This is why I work solo.

    Yes-$ 100.00 each.Although they almost lost it on the last two jobs by calling off 1 day each.

    Full timers get a $100 for each year there with me, part-timers get to come back to work in March.

    Sort of; if I client tips me, I split it up among the helpers; and I take them out for a "night on the town" at the end of the season...

    lawnagent,it is x-mas and christmas.It is better to use x-mas if your more spirtual.The x in x-mas is the greek letter chi,which is the first letter in the greek spelling of christ.It is a combination of the cross and the chi(two chi's superimposed).One chi(X) means christ and the second chi is the crucifixion,so before spouting off about something you dont know the history on and chastising others do a little research
