Any of you guys have yard signs installed at your own homes? How do they work?

Also are you catching any static with your city for violating zoning laws? Where I live it says no signs on residential zoned property. But for $70 in material I may chance it.

Most new neighborhoods are deed restricted.. No signs allowed.. I wouldnt bother.

I live in an older neighborhood (1950s houses) and also see some '$40 aeration' signs up on residential lawns. So that's why I was wondering.
