Whats everyone think about placing small signs on property that you are working at? Have a couple jobs along busy highways coming up and think it may be a good way to advertise? Something like the small plastic signs(2'x2'). Good idea or not? Thanks

People do it around here, they tell the customer they will take 100 bucks off the bill if they let them display a sign in the yard during the work.

we've been doing that for years! We ask the clients for permission first but do not take money off the bill. Its free advertising.

We put a sign on all our jobs. And tell them we will give them 5 bucks back if they leave the sign in the yard for afew weeks and give us the sign back so we can reuse it.

Check some local and State laws, in some places its illegal to post signs on/near the roadway,highway..........I had some signs made for my Mexi's company, he places them on the yards he is working on...
