Did Exact leave the house? Exact, I'll just pm you my questions since they didn't have much to do with the thread.

we actually had some half way decent weather today so I am sure he is still mowing lol.

to chip in on your question about foot wear...Have you tried danner boots? they are light weight, comfortable and hold up more than one season (Im going on 3 with this set). I REALLY think they are worth the money especially if you water proof them and if you know somebody who can get you a discount.

The Quick 36 is unfortunately the most handicapped of all the BOP mowers in Spring conditions. Vastly better blades out there for the 32 and 44.

If you have the Single notch ones you have the highest lift ones.

For footware. I exclusively wear Danner® boots. Classic Hiker II's. I have numerous pairs where I have worn down the vibram lug soles. I may have Danner rebuild them.

Every chance I get I swing by the outlet store near the Portland airport for B stock boots. Typically cosmetic flaws.

Thats the one I usually hit too, I am lucky in the fact I know somebody that works there so I can get decent reductions in price. Great boots for this crap weather we get.

OREGON ® G6 Gator blades rock on yBravo 25 IMHO. Huge major caveat is you MUST USE A LONGER MATCHING grade 8 or 6 BOLT. As in longest possible.

***Warning*** THE STOCK SPINDLE BOLT IS NOT LONG ENOUGH FOR THESE UNAUTHORIZED NON OEM BLADES....with the 5/8" spindle.

Anyhow due to deck depth you can use the mulch plug. I did an overgrown lawn this evening with the plug removed and the discharge flap spaced part way open essentially making it rear discharge.

Second pass was bagged thus reducing total grunt factor.
