    You guys down south,

How many weeks per year do you base your yearly contracts on?

52 weeks or less? And Why?
I know that my fescue yards start growing in March/April and sod yards are starting to grow (weeds) now. Most of my work is maintaining Model Homes for Builders. I am wanting to get out of this market and move into residential and commercial work.

    Thanks
