Hi guys, I need some help with the Yellow Jacket problem we are haveing this year in Southwest VA.. Seems that the dry weather and warmer that usual winter we had last year caused an increase in the Yellow Jacket nests in the ground and house eaves. Is there anything you can recomend for the treatment other than gasoline or the over-the-counter Wasp and Hornet spray.

I need something that will kill them and not kill the grass or flowers that may be close by.

I am not a Licensed Pesticide Applicator so what I need is something that is legal for me to use at home or on others lawns. A mix is what I would like to use.

    Thanks

How about a soap and water mix.

I have heard that htis works but haven't tried it yet. I think I will and see if I get good results.
I also have this "Yellow Jacket" problem in my full time job as a "garbage man" with the Dumpsters and some trash cans, the Jellow Jackets are pretty bad this year.

    Thanks Bob
