Im having problems with my yard the past 3 months it is yellow. It started out about a 2 feet across, and started spreading slowly to the entire yard. I fertlized it 1 month ago and still see yellow. What is the problem? Deb.

where are you in hda zone 8, it sounds like a disease of some kind, you might want to take some pics. of the lawn and post them so we can see what exactly it is.

    Lots of unknowns here.
Type of grass? Age of lawn, newly seeded, well established?
What did you fertilize it with? Did you do a soil sample? What height are you mowing? Are you experiencing a drought?

    We need a little more.

maybe you should also consider changing your profile. Zone 8 is not very descriptive of your area. Can you change it to your state name? This would give us some clue as to your local climate and could help to identify diseases active in your area. Good luck.
