ok, i know this has been discussed heavily, but i would like some specialized advice.

i want to offer to buy about 15 accounts from a friend of mine who does lawncare. they are not under contract. i want to meet with each of the clients prior to purchase and explain to them what we offer etc... I am positive that our quality of service is far superior to what my friend does, (erratic schedules, cut quality, commercial equip. vs. non comm., variety of services etc.) im not looking to increase thier prices, although i do not know what he is charging them yet.

i want to sit down with him and his previous bills to find out per cut prices on each client and go from there to build a price to offer him. since they are not on contract i dont want to go and offer a full years worth of rev as a price for acquisition, so how should i do this?
